The Morgan House Soup

A thick chicken cream based soup with celery, onions, mushrooms, white wine, and black wild rice that features dominating flavors of sherry and curry.
We feel that salads should by no means be boring and try to bring glorious greens, quality ingredients and imagination to our splendid salads. Add grilled chicken breast to any salad.
Diced white meat of chicken blended with celery, chives, toasted almonds, green olives, mayonnaise and seasonings make up this sensational Morgan House standard surrounded by seasonal fresh fruit.
A Morgan House favorite, this salad features a combination of spinach greens, bacon, sprouts, eggs, onions, mushrooms and croutons. Flavors come alive when topped with warm bacon dressing.
Grilled Chicken Salad
Grilled marinated chicken breast served atop mixed greens, celery, onions, toasted almonds, and seasonal fruit. Served with your choice of dressing.
A combination of shrimp, scallops and surrimi crab blended with a tarragon-mustard dressing make up this main course salad.
Orange Strawberry Salad
Romaine lettuce is tossed with celery, onions, mandarin orange segments and fresh strawberries topped with poppy-seed dressing and toasted almonds.
The Morgan House version of this popular salad includes a unique presentation of greens topped with rows of turkey, bacon, egg, cheese, tomato, celery and chives. Complemented by your choice of dressing.

Chicken Salad on a Croissant
Creamy chicken salad on a fresh baked croissant with lettuce and tomato.
Fresh cut peppers, celery, onion and cheddar cheese mixed with skipjack tuna and mayonnaise served open face on wheat bread.
Served open-faced on hearth-baked sourdough bread, this sandwich offers sliced turkey breast, cranberry sauce, and a marmalade cream cheese spread with pecans.

We offer you a croissant smothered in a mild horseradish sauce, and stacked roast beef. We melt provolone over the croissant as we bake it in the oven.
Thinly sliced corned beef grilled with sauerkraut served on deli rye with swiss cheese and 1000 island dressing. Or substitute sliced turkey to make it a Rachel.
This lunch combines a cup of soup or a garden salad with your choice of half a chicken or tuna salad sandwich on any of our fresh breads. Accompanied by chips and fruit.
