Splendid Salads
We feel that salads should by no means be boring and try to bring glorious greens, quality ingredients
and imagination to our splendid salads. Add grilled chicken breast to any salad.
Chicken Salad
Diced white meat of chicken blended with celery, chives, toasted almonds, green olives, mayonnaise and seasonings make up this sensational Morgan House standard surrounded by seasonal fresh fruit.

Spinach Salad
A Morgan House favorite, this salad features a combination of spinach greens, bacon, sprouts, eggs, onions, mushrooms and croutons. Flavors come alive when topped with warm bacon dressing.

Grilled Chicken Salad
Grilled marinated chicken breast served atop mixed greens, celery, onions, toasted almonds, and seasonal fruit. Served with your choice of dressing.

Seafood Salad
A combination of shrimp, scallops and surrimi crab blended with a tarragon-mustard dressing make up this main course salad.

Orange Strawberry Salad
Romaine lettuce is tossed with celery, onions, mandarin orange segments and fresh strawberries topped with poppy-seed dressing and toasted almonds.

Cobb Salad
The Morgan House version of this popular salad includes a unique presentation of greens topped with rows of turkey, bacon, egg, cheese, tomato, celery and chives. Complemented by your choice of dressing.

Caesar Salad
We bring you this classic salad that has crisp romaine, Parmesan cheese, red onions, croutons in a creamy Caesar salad dressing.

Tuna Melt

Turkey Cranberry
Served open-faced on hearth-baked sourdough bread, this sandwich offers sliced turkey breast, cranberry sauce, and a marmalade cream cheese spread with pecans.

Hidden
This time honored entrée is an open-faced ham and turkey on rye with Swiss “hidden” under a blanket of iceberg lettuce and Thousand Island dressing.

Kendra's Pot Pie
A creamy chicken pot pie, topped with puff pastry.

White Pizza
Flatbread smothered in pesto sauce topped with fresh tomatoes, red onions, and melted provolone cheese.

Roast Beef Bake
We offer you a croissant smothered in a mild horseradish sauce, and stacked roast beef. We melt provolone over the croissant as we bake it in the oven.

Basket Lunch
This lunch combines a cup of soup or a garden salad with your choice of half a chicken or tuna salad sandwich on any of our fresh breads. Accompanied by chips and fruit.

Turkey Club
An open faced sandwich on Texas toast with bacon strips, sliced turkey, tomatoes, Parmesan peppercorn dressing and cheddar cheese. Served hot.
